- • Any faults found in alloy wheels or tyres must be reported to Wheelmania LTD within 24 hours of fitting. For mail order items, faults must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
- • We emphasize the importance of this timeframe as replacements or refunds cannot be processed for faults reported after these periods.
Ownership of Goods:
- • All goods purchased from Wheelmania LTD remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
- • This condition applies to all products and is part of our standard sales agreement.
Handling Charge on Returns:
- • We aim to keep our returns process fair and transparent. In the event of a return, we apply a handling charge of 25% to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking. Product Condition and Warranty:

- • Wheels that have been fitted with tyres are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Returns Procedure:
- • Returns are accepted only with prior arrangement with our sales department.
- • All goods must be returned in their original condition. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
- • To initiate a return, please contact our sales team for guidance and approval.
- • Lugware bought in store has a return policy of 7 days from the date of purchase. Used or damaged items won't be accepted for return under any circumstances.
Deposits and Order Cancellation:
- • Deposits made for orders are non-refundable and are held for a period of 7 days.
- • After 7 days, if the transaction is not completed, the goods will remain the property of Wheelmania LTD, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- • In case of order cancellation, a handling and restocking charge of 25% will be applied.
Unclaimed Goods:
- • Goods that are left on Wheelmania LTD’s premises must be collected within 7 days of notification.
- • In the event that goods are not collected within this timeframe, they will be disposed of, and any rights to the goods will be forfeited.
Warranty Claims:
